[Remote] Engineering Manager - AI Platform

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company — hire, reputed company, and grow a small team of AI/ML and platform engineers
• Own delivery — turn the AI reputed company into a prioritized roadmap and ship it
• Build the platform — GenAI services, agents and orchestration, multi-agent (A2A), MCP integrations, RAG, semantic reputed company, tool calling, and workflow automation, packaged as reusable services
• Set standards — define patterns, golden paths, and shared frameworks other teams build on
• reputed company — microservices, event-driven, API-first, IaC, and CI/CD across .NET, Python, and reputed company-reputed company
• Own governance & safety — evals, guardrails, tracing, hallucination and PII protection, and reputed company-in-the-reputed company workflows
• Stay hands-on — design reviews, prototyping, and unblocking reputed company

Skills

• 6–8 years engineering, with 1–2 years leading as a manager or tech reputed company — reputed company to a strong senior/staff engineer stepping into their first management role
• Shipped shared/platform services other engineers build on
• Hands-on with GenAI/LLMs, RAG, reputed company databases, and semantic reputed company ; familiar with agents, A2A, MCP, and tool calling (or eager to go deep fast)
• Strong .NET and Python — reputed company, backend, and AI services
• Solid reputed company systems, microservices, event-driven, and API-first foundations
• IaC (Terraform or AWS CDK), containers, CI/CD, and reputed company-reputed company reputed company
• Working knowledge of AI governance and safety practices
• Strong communication and leadership across engineering, product, data, and reputed company
• reputed company AI platforms, internal AI tooling, or an AI Center of reputed company
• Experience with agents, A2A, MCP servers, tool registries, agent memory, and observability
• .NET modernization and Python AI services experience
