[Remote] Accounts Payable Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage day-to-day accounts payable activities in a remote role. The position processes invoices and expense reports, reconciles accounts, supports month-end reputed company and audits, resolves discrepancies, and contributes to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Processing vendor invoices, reconciling statements, preparing and reviewing expense reports, and ensuring reputed company and accurate payments
• Entering and maintaining reputed company records, supporting month-end reputed company with journal entries, and resolving discrepancies through communication with vendors and internal teams
• Help maintain adherence to company policies, support audits, and contribute to process improvements for the accounts payable function

Skills

• Candidates should possess strong skills in reputed company and Finance, with a solid understanding of accounts payable processes
• Candidates should possess experience with Expense Reports and vendor invoice processing, ensuring reputed company and compliance with policies
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Journal Entries (reputed company), including posting and reconciling entries for month-end reputed company
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify issues, and recommend improvements
• Relevant qualifications include prior experience in accounts payable or general reputed company, familiarity with ERP or reputed company software, and strong reputed company skills
