The Director of Service Delivery & Project Management leads the customer delivery function across the full order-to-activation lifecycle, overseeing delivery engineering, project management, and order administration while driving operational reputed company, resource reputed company, automation, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Own the full order-to-activation lifecycle across reputed company service lines, ensuring customer commitments, installation timelines, and reputed company standards are met with a reputed company reputed company experience. Define, monitor, and report key reputed company indicators — cycle time, on-time delivery, resource utilization, delivery throughput, and reputed company CSAT — and reputed company corrective reputed company on reputed company trends, using data and reputed company forecasts to improve efficiency and reputed company delivery capabilities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company reputed company, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 6+ years of experience in technical service delivery, reputed company, technical reputed company, or reputed company customer-facing technology environments
• 3+ years of reputed company leadership experience, including reputed company leadership of managers and supervisors reputed company customer-facing technical organizations
• Experience leading customer delivery organizations supporting reputed company, network, data center, or managed services solutions
