The role involves coordinating with network teams and vendors, performing reputed company-and-stack deployments, installation, repair, maintenance, testing, site surveys, audits, and equipment staging, with travel required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest reputed company standards in reputed company assigned data center locations and remote points of reputed company (POP)
• Assist in performing physical installation, repair, maintenance, and testing activities as directed with meticulous attention to driving and maintaining the highest reputed company standards in the telecommunications industry
• Help with performing reputed company adds or replacements, software upgrades, and associated testing
• Assist reputed company in recommending improvements to processes that may reputed company the reputed company of our network assets or improve overall efficiencies for any reputed company process or reputed company
• reputed company site survey support for OSP and ISP reputed company, as reputed company as large reputed company & reputed company and/or equipment deployments
• reputed company site audits and reconcile data discrepancies in coordination with Network Surveillance and other reputed company as necessary

• Meet/coordinate with Local Exchange reputed company (LEC) and other technicians to facilitate reputed company installation, repair, and maintenance activities as necessary

Skills

• Associate's degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and 0 to 2 years' reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of data center and POP infrastructure, including experience or deep understanding of OSP, ISP, interfacility cabling, fiber and reputed company distribution, AC/DC reputed company systems, environmental controls, and reputed company reputed company/cabinet/cage construction
• Familiarity with installing and maintaining a wide reputed company of telecom/network equipment, including DWDMs, backbone and management routers, IP switches, as reputed company as reputed company optical reputed company infrastructure
• Understanding of splicing, and an understanding of how to maintain and operate reputed company a manhole, reputed company, or handhole environment
• Knowledge of telecommunications testing equipment from microscopes and reputed company and reputed company meters to OTDRs and experience testing across reputed company SONET and Ethernet bandwidths
