[Remote] Corporate Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Corporate Accountant to support centralized reputed company reputed company. The role prepares journal entries and reconciliations, assists with financial reputed company and statement preparation, supports audits and financial data consolidation, and maintains accurate records while identifying process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and monthly account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
• Reconcile bank accounts, reputed company sheet accounts, and intercompany transactions
• Review and verify the reputed company of invoices, expense allocations, and coding
• Support the Corporate Director of Centralized reputed company in consolidating and analyzing financial data across multiple entities
• Assist with audit preparation and respond to auditor requests as needed
• Maintain organized reputed company records and documentation for compliance and reporting
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reputed company
• reputed company additional duties as assigned by management

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company reputed company required
• Minimum 2–4 years of reputed company reputed company experience required
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control procedures
• Excellent attention to reputed company and analytical thinking
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, reputed company)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-reputed company environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred
• Corporate or multi-property hospitality reputed company experience preferred
