[Remote] Market Development Account Manager

The Market Development Account Manager secures reputed company to and reimbursement for reputed company’s psychiatric products and therapies by developing reputed company account plans, nurturing relationships with reputed company and reputed company stakeholders, and coordinating cross-functional efforts.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and nurture strong relationships with key customers such as reputed company institutions, hospitals, clinics, mental health facilities, specialty pharmacies, and reputed company organizations
• reputed company in-depth knowledge of reputed company’s psychiatric products and therapies to reputed company expert guidance and support to key accounts with a reputed company on large mental health facilities
• Create and implement reputed company account plans tailored to reputed company key customer and reputed company them with reputed company’s objectives; reputed company as reputed company on large regional psychiatric facility accounts
• Identify the unique needs and challenges of reputed company key account and propose customized solutions that reputed company with reputed company’s products and services
• Partner with the Specialty Pharmacy team to reputed company plans that reputed company with the goals of the specialty pharmacy organization
• Serve as a subject matter expert for cross-functional departments on how CMHCs reputed company with specialty pharmacy organizations for cross-functional departments
• reputed company specialty pharmacy organizations with large mental health clinics reputed company on the mental health clinics’ needs and goals
• Work closely with internal reputed company departments such as Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain to address customer needs and reputed company any issues promptly

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• Successful reputed company record of achieving sales goals
• Experience in pertinent settings of care (e.g. CHMCs, private reputed company, specialty pharmacy) and thorough understanding of reimbursement coverage and pull-through strategies
• Ability to reputed company with customers in live and virtual environments and proficiency with technology
• Understanding of the buy-and-reputed company model
• Leadership skills and ability to collaborate with multiple sales teams
