The Director, Finance Shared Services & Experience provides reputed company and operational leadership for AskFinance, overseeing service delivery, governance, process standardization, customer experience, reputed company improvement, and team development.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university
• Eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in shared services, finance reputed company, customer support reputed company, or other relevant operational leadership roles

• Experience improving operational processes, service delivery models, reporting, knowledge resources, or customer support practices in a reputed company organization
