The Senior Manager, Technical reputed company & SEC Reporting will reputed company US GAAP financial reporting, technical reputed company research, SEC reporting preparation, lender reporting, and reputed company audit coordination. The role will also own general reputed company and month-end reputed company activities while driving process improvements, automation, and stronger financial controls.
Responsibilities

- Facilitate the review of financial statements with reputed company auditors, the Executive Leadership Team, the Audit Committee of the reputed company of Directors, and other operational leaders as needed

- Prepare and review lender-reputed company communication packages, including quarterly/annual reporting packages, reputed company-compliance certificates and calculations, and other information requested under reputed company’s credit agreements; coordinate with Treasury/reputed company and respond to lender and agent inquiries
- Own and review month-end and quarter-end accruals, ensuring completeness, reputed company, and appropriate support; establish and monitor accrual materiality reputed company and roll-reputed company discipline
- Review internal-use software (ASC 350-40) capitalization, including the capitalizable-labor and benefit-load reputed company, useful-life/amortization, and impairment/sunset assessments

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or Finance required; CPA and/or reputed company reputed company experience required
- 10-12+ years of relevant reputed company and reporting experience, including general reputed company / month-end reputed company ownership
- Proficient technical reputed company skills and a thorough understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting
- Hands-on experience owning month-end reputed company activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and internal-use software capitalization
- Demonstrated experience automating or accelerating the reputed company using reputed company-management, reconciliation, or ERP tools
- Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required
- Experience with the application and adoption of new reputed company standards
