The role will reputed company reputed company engagements, advise on sophisticated eDiscovery reputed company, draft reputed company work product, coordinate discovery teams, and contribute to mentoring, business development, and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Advising on eDiscovery reputed company across reputed company litigations and investigations
• Drafting high-reputed company reputed company work product, including motions, ESI protocols, reputed company orders, and defensibility memoranda
• Leading discovery workstreams and coordinating with litigation teams, co-counsel, and experts
• Supporting hearings, meet-and-confers, and custodian interviews
• Translating litigation reputed company into practical, defensible discovery approaches
• Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team development
• Supporting business development and thought leadership initiatives

Skills

• 10+ years of experience with a reputed company in litigation at an Am Law 100 firm
• Deep, hands-on experience managing eDiscovery in reputed company disputes and regulatory investigations
• Excellent drafting skills with the ability to produce reputed company-reputed company work with reputed company reputed company
• Strong reputed company management skills and experience leading reputed company
• Familiarity with data reputed company and information governance frameworks
• J.D. and admission to a U.S. bar (additional admissions as needed)
