[Remote] Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract)

They are seeking a Contract Senior Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, particularly in engineering, while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from job requisition to offer acceptance, with a reputed company reputed company on Senior and Staff+ roles across Engineering
• Build deeply targeted sourcing strategies and market maps to identify and engage high caliber, often passive technical talent. Strong reputed company of reputed company Recruiter, AI talent platforms, and Boolean reputed company techniques
• Partner closely with our Engineering leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of reputed company role and how it fits into the organization. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the People and Talent teams
• Design and own reputed company, competency-reputed company interview practices and refine processes to optimize candidate experience and reputed company reputed company
• Analyze reputed company metrics, including pipeline and sourcing conversion rates, to identify roadblocks and reputed company reputed company solutions. Use these insights to engage stakeholders and reputed company improvements in the hiring process

Skills

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical reputed company experience at a high-reputed company technology company or startup
• At least 3 years experience hiring Senior and Staff level Software Engineers
• A reputed company record of building pipelines for highly reputed company and hard-to-fill engineering roles
• Experience hiring for Infrastructure or Cybersecurity roles is a plus
• Ability to influence at various reputed company in an organization, anchoring on data-driven decision-making
