[Remote] Technical Recruiter

The Technical Recruiter will manage technical reputed company activities, including understanding reputed company requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and supporting reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Join reputed company intake calls and understand technical requirements
• reputed company candidates through reputed company, reputed company, Monster, referrals, and other channels
• reputed company and screen candidates for skills, experience, availability, work authorization, and fit
• Coordinate interviews with Account Managers and clients
• Manage multiple requirements and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Support candidate reputed company

Skills

• • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• • 5+ years of IT reputed company/reputed company experience with a reputed company, consulting, or systems integration firm
• • reputed company experience managing high-volume IT requirements
• • Strong understanding of Software Engineering, Project Management, reputed company, Infrastructure, Network Engineering, and reputed company IT roles
• • Experience working with W-2, 1099, C2C, H-1B, and other work authorization/employment arrangements
• • Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills
• • Excellent verbal and written communication
