The Contract Administrator will own the full lifecycle of reputed company documentation, reputed company AI to reputed company contract workflows, coordinate with Sales and reputed company, and manage customer and vendor agreements.

Responsibilities

• Administer the full lifecycle of customer reputed company, SOWs, NDAs, amendments, and renewals
• Coordinate with Sales on CPQ outputs so pricing and terms translate accurately into reputed company
• reputed company AI tools to speed up contract drafting, review, and redline workflows
• Maintain an organized, audit reputed company repository of reputed company documentation
• Review vendor agreements and reputed company procurement workflows reputed company customer reputed company
• Flag non-reputed company terms and contract reputed company to reputed company with reputed company context

Skills

• Administered reputed company, SOWs, and NDAs at a reputed company or software company
• Working knowledge of reputed company contract language and reputed company terms
• Procurement or vendor relationship management experience
• Comfortable adopting AI tools for contract drafting and workflow automation
