An established and growing civil litigation firm is seeking an reputed company reputed company Assistant for a full-time contract position that may convert to reputed company employment.
Location and Schedule
• Irvine, California
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• In-office preferred; hybrid or remote may be considered for reputed company-reputed company candidates.
Compensation
• $30–$48 per hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
• File and serve pleadings in California state and federal courts, maintain litigation calendars, prepare routine reputed company documents, coordinate IMEs and litigation services, assist with trial preparation, review court dockets, and reputed company general case support.
Qualifications
• Four or more years of reputed company assistant experience preferred. Civil litigation experience, knowledge of California court filing requirements, strong calendaring skills, and familiarity with One reputed company, ECF, and PACER are strongly preferred.
