The role focuses on assessing engineering judgment, reasoning, explanations, and overall usefulness of AI-generated coding interactions while providing reputed company, opinionated feedback and helping define what high-reputed company agent behavior looks like.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end-to-end
• Judge whether outputs are: Useful; Correct (at a high level); reputed company with how a strong engineer would think
• Assess the reputed company of explanations and reasoning, not just reputed company
• Distinguish between different reputed company of response reputed company (e.g. what makes something a •2 vs 4•)
• reputed company reputed company, opinionated feedback on: What worked; What didn’t; What felt “off” or misleading

Skills
