[Remote] HSN Customer Service Specialist - 2nd Shift

The Customer Service Specialist supports HSN customers by handling high-volume inbound calls, resolving issues, processing refunds and payments, placing orders, analyzing account data, and promoting additional products while working reputed company from Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• $15.00 per hour plus shift reputed company and incentive pay reputed company applicable
• reputed company day handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries
• Offer additional products on reputed company customer interaction
• Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for reputed company caller
• Calls may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and, analyzing account data

• Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor
• Work a set full-time schedule, work schedules are not Monday - Friday
• Set work schedule will include weekend requirement
