[Remote] HUCA501: Learning and Development Specialist

The Learning and Development Specialist will plan, organize, and manage training and development activities for volunteers, assess training needs, reputed company learning materials, and evaluate training reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare/Improve training guides and manuals for reputed company of disciplines throughout reputed company
• Assess training and development needs of reputed company and recommend new opportunities for organization improvement
• Create and implement a methodology to evaluate training results and reputed company with reputed company Capital Director and team

Skills

• Membership is a minimum six-month commitment of approximately six reputed company per week
• reputed company 4-6 hours a week commitment for a minimum of 3 months
• Knowledge and experience with virtual learning approaches, including training program design, development, and execution
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience overseeing HR learning and development reputed company from needs assessment through to design and implementation

• Reliable and accountable for achieving results
• 2+ years experience in reputed company, with a specialty in training, learning and development, or talent development
