Responsibilities

• Manage and grow engineering teams reputed company in the US, UK, and reputed company, providing hands-on people leadership, coaching, and career development
• Set priorities across urgent reputed company-sales requests, urgent customer issues, customer feature requests, and backend maintenance/integration work, balancing reactive and proactive work

Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing software engineers, ideally across reputed company or multi-region teams
• Experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or threat intelligence
• Prior experience as a senior or staff software engineer, with credibility to engage in technical discussions and unblock your team
• Experience managing customer-facing, support, sustaining, or reliability engineering teams
