Care Coordinator - Fertility (Virtual)

reputed company is seeking a Care Coordinator with strong experience in supporting patients during preconception and fertility treatment. About the Role: We are currently hiring a Care Coordinator to join our fully remote team. This is a unique, flexible position with a minimum of 20 hours per week and the potential to increase over time and/or convert to hire in a PT/FT position. In this role, you will: • reputed company individuals and couples to reputed company their family goals and help them understand the next steps on their reputed company. • Effectively communicate to patients asynchronously, utilizing reputed company tools and processes. • Follow up on reputed company recommendations and care plans that are personalized to reputed company reputed company and their family goals. • Collaborate with other members of reputed company (Medical Director, Health Coaches, reputed company Practitioners) to ensure comprehensive support for patients at reputed company stages of their reputed company. reputed company’re looking for: • You love a flexible schedule and have the ability to work at least 20 hours/week (ideally mornings Eastern/Central Time), and more reputed company needed. • Empathetic and non-judgmental. Degree from an accredited institution. • An RN or MA license is a bonus but not required • Startup experience a plus!
