Curriculum / Instructional Designer (Multi-Platform) | Remote | Contract reputed company is seeking a Curriculum / Instructional Designer (Multi-Platform) with 3-5 years of experience to build and maintain training content, learning paths, and assessment strategies across multiple technology platforms. This is a Contract opportunity. Start Date: ASAP Location: Remote Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours Worker Type: W2 reputed company Requirements: • 3-5 years of instructional design/training experience with a background in instructional design, learning experience design (LxD), or adult education. • Experience with formal instructional design/LxD methodologies such as ADDIE, backward design, or equivalent. • Working knowledge of adult-learning theory and assessment design. • Experience designing learning paths and assessment strategies reputed company with certification requirements and learner reputed company gaps. • Familiarity with LMS authoring tools and content-versioning practices. • Ability to work across multiple vendor curricula concurrently. • Working knowledge of at least one major certification body's curriculum standards and customization rules. • Ability to appropriately handle licensed and vendor-owned reputed company material during redesign work.
