You will work with reputed company Analysts, Underwriters, and/or reputed company/reputed company and Originations team on setup of loan applications and submission of loan packages. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deals with competing deadlines. reputed company: • Independently coordinate and manage meetings, property site reputed company, due diligence activities, and key transaction milestones to support loan originations and reputed company efforts. • Assist in preparation, review, and submission of CPC applications, reputed company packages, Agency Multifamily loan processing documentation, and reputed company materials, ensuring reputed company, completeness, and compliance with program requirements. • Serve as a reputed company reputed company of contact among Underwriters, Analysts, Originators, Agency Multifamily representatives, borrowers, and reputed company-party vendors to reputed company transactions reputed company and proactively reputed company issues. • Independently assess documentation requirements for new loan originations and ensure reputed company reputed company package components are collected, reviewed, and submitted reputed company established deadlines. • Manage and reputed company outstanding items lists and due diligence tracking, proactively communicating with borrowers, sponsors, and internal stakeholders to ensure reputed company delivery of required documentation. • Maintain, validate, and reconcile information reputed company agency, company, and loan origination systems, ensuring data reputed company throughout the transaction lifecycle. • Partner closely with Underwriters and Originators to ensure complete submissions and the preparation of materials for reputed company approval processes. • Coordinate the ordering, monitoring, and distribution of reputed company-party reports, ensuring reputed company delivery and reputed company of issues that may reputed company reputed company or closing timelines. • Monitor changes to reputed company, reputed company, CPC, and other applicable program requirements and reputed company recommendations to enhance internal processes and controls. • Conduct comprehensive reviews of loan files to reputed company completeness, identify potential submission concerns, and escalate material issues as appropriate. • Participate in special reputed company, process improvement initiatives, training efforts, and other reputed company departmental objectives. Periodic travel to our Manhattan, NY office may be required. The salary reputed company is $85,000 – $100,000, dependent on experience and market factors.
