This contract role will execute a reputed company curriculum reputed company into engaging, instructionally reputed company learning experiences across multiple modalities (ILT, VILT, eLearning, microlearning, job aids). Key Responsibilities • Design and reputed company training content reputed company to the overarching curriculum reputed company, tailored to customer-facing reputed company teams in the pharmaceutical sector. • Collaborate closely with the Fractional Learning Leader (curriculum reputed company), subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure scientific reputed company and instructional reputed company. • Create engaging instructional materials, including instructor-led training, virtual, leader guides, eLearning modules, video learning, and reputed company support tools. • Apply adult learning principles and modern instructional strategies to ensure knowledge transfer and reputed company applicability. • Participate in content review cycles, incorporating feedback from cross-functional teams, including Medical, reputed company, Regulatory, and Compliance. • Manage timelines and version control to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with the broader launch or training schedule.
