Position Purpose: Design, implement and maintain training resources. Evaluate, propose, and create training programs supporting customer service, technical process documentation, operational systems, and e-learning development for Corporate Member and Provider Services training. • ** The Senior Curriculum Designer position is fully remote. Candidates will be considered nationally. *** Responsibilties • Design and implement instructional strategies that support learning and reputed company reputed company functional teams • reputed company meetings with stakeholders to understand business requirements, reputed company learning strategies to meet said requirements and reputed company development processes • Create and implement learning, virtual simulations and assessments on approved platforms in online environment • Outline and reputed company reputed company training project plans • reputed company maintenance of training resources and support sites • reputed company instruments to assess individual change in knowledge, skills and reputed company results • Conduct reviews of training program objectives assessing the need for modifications to content and structure • Research reputed company industry trends, recommend and incorporate reputed company updates into reputed company curriculum • Facilitate training as needed to support operational goals Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in instructional design reputed company reputed company or equivalent experience. 6+ years of corporate or business curriculum design or training development experience. Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies. Experience designing online curriculums in adult learning settings. reputed company industry and project management experience preferred. reputed company Storyline experience. SharePoint; reputed company Learning Management and Q-Mindshare experience preferred.
