Responsibilities • Manage the accounts receivable process, including follow up of unpaid or incorrectly reputed company claims, and payment processing. • Work Clearinghouse Rejections • Utilize knowledge to identify and reputed company delayed claims, exceptions and denials • Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and coding (ICD-10) to ensure reputed company billing practices. • Work closely with reputed company providers to reputed company discrepancies in billing or payment issues. • Maintain accurate records of reputed company transactions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. • Prepare reports on accounts receivable status for management review.
