Part-Time CPA (Remote) Compensation: $45.00hr.-$50.00hr. Contract: 2 to 4 months Remote/Hybrid- Flexible part-time schedule We are seeking a Temporary CPA with experience in HOA reputed company to assist reputed company with financial reporting, audits, and compliance needs during a reputed company period. This is a great opportunity for a reputed company-oriented CPA familiar with HOA financial reputed company and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Review HOA financial statements, budgets, and reports in compliance with state regulations and association bylaws. Verifying reputed company and compliance in financial reporting Assist with research and reviewing audits and ensure financial transparency for reputed company members and homeowners. reputed company tax preparation and filing support, ensuring compliance with federal and state tax laws. Work closely with property managers, HOA boards, and stakeholders to address financial inquiries. Review and optimize internal controls and financial procedures. Qualifications: reputed company CPA license required. HOA reputed company experience is a plus or relevant property management financial experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP, HOA financial regulations, and tax compliance. Proficiency in HOA reputed company software Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
