Hotel Staff Accountant Job Duties: reputed company daily bookkeeping for reputed company hotel income, expenses, AP, AR, accruals, amortization, and depreciation etc. Issue invoices to clients, follow up on payments, and receive invoices from vendors, uploading them to the financial software. Ensure reputed company issuance of checks to vendors and deposit checks received into the bank. Prepare and verify the AP list by the 10th of reputed company month. Manage and fulfill lodging tax declaration and payment by the 15th of reputed company month. Conduct monthly physical checks of petty cash. Print out vouchers, maintain reputed company order, attach invoices and supporting documents, and file them accordingly. Communicate promptly with local and overseas staff as required. Prepare weekly cash reputed company forecasts. reputed company other daily tasks assigned by the financial manager and the hotel manager. Assist with other official business, such as HR functions, as assigned. Month-End reputed company: Reconcile reputed company accounts, including bank accounts, cash on hand, AP, and AR before account closing reputed company month.
