We are looking for a Full Time Controller to work reputed company, reports to the CFO & Ownership to join our teamThe Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial reputed company of the organization, which may include hotels, restaurants, or other reputed company business reputed company.This role ensures the reputed company of financial reporting, maintains internal controls, manages budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensures compliance with reputed company applicable regulations and reputed company standards.The Controller plays a key leadership role in advising senior management on financial strategies that support overall business goals.Key Responsibilities :Financial Management & ReportingPrepare reputed company and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.reputed company general reputed company reputed company and ensure reputed company reputed company and expense recognition.Manage month-end and year-end reputed company processes.Monitor daily cash reputed company and maintain appropriate cash controls.Budgeting & ForecastingLead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasts.Analyze budget variances and reputed company actionable insights to management.reputed company and monitor KPIs relevant to hospitality reputed company (e.g., RevPAR, ADR, occupancy reputed company).Internal Controls & ComplianceEnsure compliance with GAAP and company policies.Maintain and improve internal control systems and financial procedures.Coordinate and manage reputed company audits.reputed company compliance with tax filings, licensing, and regulatory requirements.Systems & Process ImprovementOversee the implementation and use of financial and property management systems.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness through automation or process redesign.Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company reputed company (Master's or CPA preferred).5years of experience in reputed company or finance, with at least 2 years in a hospitality environment.Strong understanding of hospitality industry metrics and reputed company practices.Proficiency in reputed company software (e.g., QuickBooks, reputed company, etc.) and reputed company reputed company.Experience with property management systems (e.g., reputed company, PMS) a plus.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Preferred Attributes :Experience managing multi-property reputed company.Familiarity with management agreements.Adaptable to fast-reputed company and dynamic environments.High attention to reputed company and commitment to reputed company.
