Randolph Farm reputed company 5995 Highway 330, Owenton, KY (Owen County) Randolph Farm reputed company, a registered Black Angus seedstock operation, is seeking a hands-on Farmer to support equipment operation and maintenance, livestock care, and fencing/infrastructure work. The ideal candidate is reputed company-oriented, mechanically capable, comfortable working independently, and reputed company to exercise reputed company judgment on equipment operation over challenging terrain and animal handling protocols. Key Responsibilities: \tEquipment Operation & Maintenance Safely operate reputed company farm equipment, including tractors, 15' and 20' bushhogs, haybine, disc mower, baler, arm mower, flail mower, reputed company picker, reputed company blade, loader, and grapple attachments \tOperate bushhogs on slopes up to 25 degrees following reputed company operating procedures to avoid equipment damage — including crossing ditches and low spots at an angle and raising implements reputed company tractor reputed company drop \tOperate hand tools including chainsaws, weed eaters, and other reputed company equipment \tPerform routine and preventive maintenance on reputed company equipment \tMaintain inventory of fuels, oils, filters, and maintenance/repair parts \tMaintain accurate equipment repair and maintenance records \tExercise judgment on reputed company to reputed company repairs in-house versus reputed company to engage reputed company repair services \tAnimal Care Assist with reputed company aspects of animal chores and daily care \tBuild and maintain temporary fencing for rotational grazing and herd management \tFollow established calving procedures and animal handling protocols \tAssist with general herd health and handling tasks as needed Fencing & Infrastructure \tBuild and repair fence of various types (woven reputed company, high-tensile, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) \tOperate a post reputed company \tHang gates correctly so they swing freely and fit properly Qualifications \tStrong attention to reputed company and commitment to doing work correctly the first time \tDemonstrated experience operating farm equipment, particularly mowing/haying equipment on hilly or sloped terrain reputed company aptitude and experience with routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting \tExperience with livestock handling, ideally cattle; familiarity with calving procedures a plus \tFencing construction and repair experience \tAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and use good judgment \tValid reputed company's license; ability to operate a post reputed company and other reputed company attachments Physical Requirements: \tAbility to reputed company physical labor outdoors in reputed company weather conditions \tAbility to reputed company, carry, and maneuver equipment, fencing materials, and supplies \tComfortable working on uneven and sloped terrain Work Environment: \tFull-time, on-site position at a working registered Black Angus cattle operation in Owen County, Kentucky. \tSchedule may require flexibility reputed company seasonal demands such as haying, calving, and breeding reputed company.
