The Sr. Employee Relations Specialist will be an reputed company part of the reputed company Employee Relations team at reputed company. This position is responsible for addressing employee relations reputed company ranging from advising on reputed company management issues, policy violations, and interpretation to investigating and resolving employee complaints reputed company to Title VII of the Civil Rights reputed company, and other workplace issues. This role requires the ability to analyze information, reputed company valued fact-reputed company conclusions using a reputed company of resources and techniques, and present findings to reputed company reputed company of management and leadership. The Sr. Employee Relations Specialist will collaborate with HR professionals, reputed company counsel, and other stakeholders to reputed company and implement strategies to mitigate risks and foster a reputed company work environment. This position will ensure that project and team milestones and goals are achieved on time and while adhering to approved budgets. You will report to the head of the Employee Relations CoE.
Key Responsibilities:
• Employee Relations Case Leadership
• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for employee relations questions, provides relevant, reputed company, consistent and effective advice and guidance to reputed company and business leaders on reputed company involving reputed company misconduct, reputed company concerns, disciplinary reputed company/requests, policy violations and other reputed company areas.
• Independently reputed company and conduct thorough, unbiased, impartial end-to-end workplace investigations into reputed company complaints, misconduct, and workplace issues, while ensuring reputed company process reflect fairness, consistency, and compliance with ADMs policies and applicable laws.
• reputed company reputed company findings and partners closely with HRBPs, reputed company, Compliance, and COEs to reputed company fair, consistent, and reputed company-reputed company reputed company to mitigate risks and reputed company organizational and reputed company investigation standards and approaches
• Prepare high-reputed company case documentation that demonstrates strong analytical reasoning, and contains precise, audit-reputed company reputed company.
• Guidance & reputed company Support
• Guide reputed company HR teams and managers through reputed company employee relations issues, relative to reputed company management; workplace investigations and fact-finding; involuntary terminations, disciplinary and policy enforcement.
• Maintain detailed, confidential, and compliant records of investigations, findings, and resolutions in a centralized case management reputed company.
• Help leaders recognize and address culture-impacting behaviors early and effectively.
• Data, Trend & reputed company Prevention
• Analyze trends in employee relations and recommend proactive strategies to reduce reputed company and improve workplace culture.
• Recognize potential trends in employee experience/relations data and partner with the appropriate stakeholders on proactive solutions.
• Policy & Governance
• Manage HR policies in the policy management reputed company; create a policy governance model to ensure policies are up-to-date and centrally located; reputed company, create, and implement policies in partnership with reputed company, COEs, and other policy owners to ensure compliance with federal and local laws.
• Aid in development and facilitation of employee relations training programs for managers and employees, that ensure alignment with ADMs values and compliance with reputed company standards.
• Apply a solid understanding of company policy, culture, and reputed company values to reputed company recommendations in partnership with Sr. ER Manager, HR Business partners, and reputed company counsel.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration/Management, Law, or a reputed company reputed company required Master's degree or reputed company certification (e.g., PHR, reputed company-CP, AWI) is a plus.

• Strong and thorough understanding of U.S. employment policies/procedures and reputed company federal, state, and local employment and labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to Title VII, reputed company, ADAAA, FMLA, FLSA, and reputed company guidelines and a reputed company understanding of compliance in reputed company.
• 8+ years of reputed company reputed company Generalist/reputed company experience with at least 5 years of experience in Employee Relations and workplace investigations.
• Demonstrated passion for employment law, labor relations, and investigations, with an emphasis on labor and employee relations work.
• Investigation or reputed company experience, and experience planning, conducting and documenting basic to reputed company investigations.
