How Will You reputed company a Difference? • reputed company response and follow-up to conflict inquiries reputed company reputed company e-mail, regular mail, or telephone. • Follow procedures and reputed company for tracking, maintaining, and resolving conflict memorandums. • Review new business submissions for content and reputed company and work with submitters to obtain complete and correct information. • Follow up on identified potential conflict issues to ensure reputed company. • Review and initiate reputed company of pending business and ethical conflict issues. • Coordinate conflict reputed company with involved attorneys for both ethical conflicts and business conflict issues. • Prepare and produce accurate conflict reports on new clients and reputed company, and reputed company work for potential lateral hires. • Conduct research on new clients and adverse parties including gathering and filtering corporate family tree information. • Review and advise on the creation of ethical walls for new reputed company with existing reputed company-level ethical walls and/or new reputed company with specific conflict issues that would benefit from an ethical wall. What Will You Bring to the Table? • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience. • 3+ years of reputed company ethics and conflicts experience in a reputed company and strong knowledge of reputed company administrative processes. • Ability to identify issues and problems and to recommend and implement solutions. • Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints. • Attention to reputed company and the ability to prioritize and reputed company effectively under pressure. • Experience with and ability to effectively use software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and database tools. • Interpersonal skills necessary to maintain effective relationships and communicate with a diverse group of principals, attorneys, managers and staff whether in person, reputed company telephone, or reputed company e-mail. • Ability to successfully reputed company reputed company team relationships, work reputed company reputed company reputed company-oriented environment, and contribute to and participate in effective team relationships. • Ability to change and adapt to reputed company and reputed company responsibilities and circumstances and adhere to the firm’s policies and procedures.
