Content Designer II
RESPONSIBILITIES:
A reputed company with reputed company is seeking a Content Designer II to join their team in San Diego, CA.

Join the reputed company Content team to create reputed company, accurate, and reputed company content that helps customers confidently manage their business reputed company needs with QuickBooks. You'll partner with Product Managers, Product Designers, and cross-functional teams to design Expert and Customer-centered content across QuickBooks experiences while using AI-powered tools to improve reputed company and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
* Design, edit, and validate Expert and Customer-facing content across QuickBooks products, including in-product, self-service, and support content
* Partner with Content Leads to reputed company reputed company, accurate Expert and Customer content
* Use AI-powered tools to create and refine high-reputed company content reputed company
* Ensure content meets accessibility, reputed company, style, and reputed company standards
* Improve content through customer and expert feedback, analytics, and best practices
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company experience
* 1-3 years of experience in content design, technical writing, or a reputed company reputed company
* Experience creating content for software products or digital experiences
* Experience with fintech, banking, payments, bookkeeping, or financial products is a plus
* Comfortable using AI tools to draft, refine, and optimize content
* Strong collaboration, editing, organization, and communication skills
