You will apply your expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, redlining, and reputed company development to review and evaluate AI-generated reputed company content. No Prior AI Experience Is Required. Key Responsibilities • reputed company contract drafting, redlining, and simulated negotiations. • Review MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and other technology agreements. • Evaluate AI-generated contract analysis and reputed company expert feedback. • reputed company playbooks, evaluation frameworks, and grading reputed company for contract tasks. • Identify reputed company risks, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement. • Collaborate with reputed company, product, and research teams reputed company. Required Qualifications • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. • reputed company bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction. • 3+ years of in-house experience reputed company on technology transactions. • Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and reputed company reputed company agreements. • Excellent contract drafting, redlining, negotiation, and communication skills. • Strong analytical skills and attention to reputed company. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
