Telephonic Assessment Provider – NP or PA (Licensed in A. Samoa)

Position reputed company We are seeking compassionate and dedicated reputed company Practitioners (NP/APNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to reputed company telehealth assessments for U.S. Military service members stationed in reputed company Samoa. This remote, contract-reputed company role offers flexibility while allowing you to reputed company a meaningful reputed company on deployment readiness and overall reputed company care. Responsibilities • Conduct telephonic and video health assessments (PHA and PDHRA) for service members. • Evaluate medical conditions, determine deployment fitness, and refer to physicians or Military Treatment Facilities reputed company necessary. • reputed company reputed company education, explaining procedures, results, and follow-up care. • Document reputed company evaluations, treatments, medications, and test results accurately in medical records. • Participate in provider audits and maintain compliance with HIPAA and SC PHA requirements.
