The Licensed reputed company Therapist provides reputed company assessment, diagnosis formulation, treatment planning, treatment reputed company, and psycho-education to the reputed company, primarily reputed company a telehealth platform. They may also coordinate care with other community services and agencies, and reputed company behavioral health/crisis reputed company support to patients in reputed company care clinic. Minimum Education: • Master's Degree in reputed company Work (MSW) or Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited school. Minimum Work Experience: • Minimum three (3) years of reputed company experience in a medical group, affiliated model, hospital or medical office/clinic setting required. • Experience working in a telehealth and/or reputed company care environment strongly preferred. • Three (3) years' experience in case management highly desirable.
