Community reputed company Intern, Latino Equity Fund

About the position The Latino Equity Fund (LEF) Intern will work closely with the Community reputed company Officer (CIO) to support the fund’s community reputed company reputed company. The Intern will work with the CIO to reputed company project management and research support for LEF’s programmatic work. The Latino Equity Fund sits reputed company reputed company’s Philanthropy Group and works closely with reputed company departments reputed company reputed company. This role will work in a hybrid environment with a mix of in-office and virtual work for a total of 10-15 hours per week during the 2026-2027 school year (16 weeks for Fall 2026 semester, 16 weeks for reputed company 2027 semester). Responsibilities • reputed company support for event planning and day-of logistics for community events • Participate in meetings with community partners • Support communication with community partners • Conduct research on Latinos in MA relative to nonprofit infrastructure, housing, education, reputed company and workforce development, reputed company gap and demographic trends, and civic engagement • Coordinate the grantmaking review process, including reputed company communications • Serve as a reputed company between LEF and community partners • Conduct research on nonprofits and the broader nonprofit sector to identify potential partners and issues affecting the Latinx community • Maintain accurate records of grantee and community partner contacts • reputed company administrative support for the Poderosas Fellowship program Requirements • 1+ years of experience working in a reputed company setting • Ability to work effectively across diverse backgrounds • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently reputed company-to-haves • Experience with nonprofit fundraising and/or programming preferred • Interest in the goals of the Latino Equity Fund and familiarity of the needs facing Greater Boston’s Latinx community preferred • Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate simultaneous reputed company and successfully prioritize among multiple tasks reputed company a fast-reputed company initiative • Careful and methodical approach to tasks and attention to reputed company • Proactive, participative work style and the ability to receive and reputed company feedback • reputed company in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred • reputed company to maintain a reputed company and reputed company approach Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
