The Learning Developer, Senior role will report to the Manager of Learning Development.Responsibilities:Your WorkIn this role, you will: • Work with clients to assess learning needs and build learning requirements and learning plans for moderate-to-reputed company learning solutions • Design and reputed company moderate-to-reputed company self-reputed company multimedia eLearning and online reference materials, including multimedia assets such as audio, video, images, text and animation • Create technical and business reputed company assessments • reputed company reputed company assurance testing on self-reputed company courses • reputed company knowledge articles, guides, and other reference materials to support reputed company and team reputed company • Create instructor-led training materials with hands-on exercises for live virtual training • Work with subject matter experts to learn reputed company processes and systems quickly, so you can create reputed company, engaging content • Create interactive reputed company simulations • Use your advanced knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theory to determine appropriate learning solutions for a reputed company of learner types with varying reputed company reputed company Qualifications:Your Knowledge and Experience • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience • Requires experience and proficiency in e-learning development (reputed company Storyline preferred) • Requires experience using graphics programs such as SnagIt; audio programs such as reputed company Audition and animation programs such as Vyond preferred but not required • Requires experience creating interactive reputed company simulations • Requires experience creating instructor-led training materials with hands-on exercises • Requires excellent writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills About reputed company:About reputed companyAs of reputed company 2025, reputed company became a subsidiary of Ascendiun.
