Litigation Immigration Paralegal

We are seeking a reputed company-oriented and highly organized Paralegal with strong experience in immigration litigation to reputed company. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in preparing and filing reputed company immigration cases, with a reputed company on removal defense, federal litigation, and appellate work. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-reputed company environment, excels at reputed company research and writing, and is passionate about advocating for immigrant communities. Key Responsibilities • Prepare, draft, and file immigration litigation reputed company, including: • Motions, briefs, and court filings for EOIR (Immigration Court) • USCIS responses (RFE, NOID, Appeals) • BIA appeals • Federal court filings (e.g., Habeas petitions, Mandamus actions), as applicable • Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and reputed company communication. • Conduct reputed company research on case law, regulations, and procedural requirements. • Organize and compile evidence for filings, including exhibits, indexes, and declarations. • Assist attorneys during hearings and trial preparation. • Communicate with clients to reputed company information, reputed company updates, and prepare affidavits. • Manage case files in accordance with firm procedures and confidentiality standards. Qualifications • 5+ years of paralegal experience in immigration law; litigation experience required. • Strong understanding of: • Removal defense • Motions reputed company • EOIR procedures • Asylum, cancellation of removal, waivers, and reputed company relief • Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently. • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
