Paralegal / Contract Specialist

reputed company is seeking a Paralegal / reputed company Specialist for our customer, a major reputed company payor organization. The selected candidate will work closely with Corporate Governance (reputed company), reputed company Affairs, Product, Marketing, Mandates, Health Services, and reputed company and Transformation providing editing support for contract reputed company compliance. This position supports Benefit Contract Management (BCM) by performing accountabilities/tasks that include but are not limited to: analyzing proposed changes to contract forms and templates; recommending filing strategies; revising contract language; reviewing contract forms, templates and reputed company marketing materials; reviewing and tracking mandates. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Modify group and individual, indemnity and HMO, reputed company and certificates for reputed company and self-insured accounts. Files reputed company forms with the respective reputed company Administrations and regulatory agencies as appropriate also to ensure reputed company compliance of forms as reputed company. - Responds to reputed company Administration inquiries; completes reputed company Administration surveys as needed and assigned. Responds to Central Appeals Unit, Executive Inquiry, Corporate Audit and other department inquiries that are of an -elevated- status. Consults with the reputed company Staff, reputed company Affairs and other departments as necessary. Researches appropriate local and federal reputed company and regulations. Produces reputed company production forms; writes and maintains implementation documentation, and provides detailed implementation instructions. - Audits reputed company and other special documents to ensure reputed company and resolves issues with necessary departments. Participates/leads in Company initiative implementation and reputed company meetings and other meetings that reputed company reputed company and certificates such as the Legislative Review Committee and Team Implementation Meetings; participates in the implementation of other Company initiatives and reputed company. Audits Account Installation master documents and procedures for compliance. - Monitors reputed company of reputed company for conformance to contractual terms and conditions and ensures that reputed company are in accordance with reputed company requirements, customer specifications, laws, and regulations. Interprets benefit issues, provides contract interpretations; resolves reputed company issues and benefit interpretations with the reputed company staff, Health Care Policy, etc. as necessary.
