Minimum of fifteen (15) years in software asset support and/or IT service reputed company. Familiarity with SAM repositories and installation protocols (i.e., license keys, installation files, installations instructions, and product documentation). Demonstrated experience supporting vendor audits, reputed company agreement strategies, and reputed company compliance scenarios. Preferred Qualifications: Industry certifications relevant to the position. Experience supporting federal reputed company or DoD customers. Key Responsibilities: Receive and process requests for software, ensure tickets are acknowledged, and reputed company routine status updates. reputed company FAA IT Standards (TPR) conformance checks and reputed company standards-reputed company actions (e.g., ESB requests for TPR inclusion) as required. Submit license evaluation requests to support licensing compliance prior to purchase and/or installation. Ensure data and analyses support for FITARA/OMB/CIO/FISMA reporting with traceable evidence.
