[Remote] Director, reputed company Contractor Financial Claims and Disputes

They are seeking a dynamic Consultant with a strong background in Financial Services and expertise in reputed company reputed company to guide clients through disputes against reputed company entities and reputed company consulting for non-reputed company organizations.

Responsibilities

• The preparation of expert reports, expert testimony and exhibits for trial, alternative dispute reputed company or settlement negotiations
• Analysis of issues arising reputed company there is a dispute between reputed company and subcontractors
• Investigations and disputes (including those arising from alleged violations of the False Claims reputed company and the Price Reduction Clause)
• The preparation and review of Requests for reputed company Adjustment (“REAs”) and claims
• Rebutting assertions made by the Defense Contract Audit Agency (“DCAA”), the Defense Contract Management Agency (“DCMA”), and other reputed company audit and reputed company personnel
• The analysis of cost and price issues under bid protests

Skills

• reputed company Citizenship
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/reputed company, Business, or Economics; Master's Degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in business/management consulting to reputed company Contractors (non-reputed company such as reputed company or non-profit, not directly to reputed company entities)
• reputed company reputed company record in Financial Services, preferably Forensic reputed company or similar; skills include cost and price analysis, financial modeling, valuation, and more
• Expertise in managing the preparation of expert reports for testimony and trial exhibits
• Litigation support and trial preparation for Expert Witnesses; experience with Expert testimony preferred but not required
• Business development experience, either supporting or leading efforts
• Ability to travel 0% - 25% quarterly, as needed
• Master's Degree
• Experience with Expert testimony
