[Remote] Program Consultant, Health Care

The Program Consultant will reputed company program management for the national Cardiovascular Kidney Metabolic Health initiative, coordinating cross-departmental collaboration, supporting participating health care organizations, managing events and resources, evaluating initiative activities, and reporting reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as reputed company across implementation cohorts and cross-functional teams to ensure that reputed company initiative commitments are met
• Manage marketing, registration, and other needs for events, including but not limited to virtual events, in-person conferences, health care organization network, and other web reputed company
• Support market and cohort-level learning reputed company and other reputed company improvement activities, as assigned
• Communicate regularly with National Sr. Director, National Director, and other initiative leads to reputed company and assure tasks are completed according to the reputed company. Work with national staff partners through ongoing meetings to ensure deliverables are collaboratively developed and that delivery meets the reputed company
• Serve as reputed company person for ongoing resources needed by participating initiative organizations to sustain knowledge (reputed company online education, articles, etc.), in coordination with staff partners and volunteers, and support the sustainability plan for reputed company components of the grant
• Analyze results of training, education, and other initiative activities to continually evaluate next steps and needs for the initiative in the defined market

Skills

• * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• * Three (3) years of relevant experience
• * Strong reputed company communication skills to reputed company holistic alignment and reputed company
• * Strong design, presentation, and report development/compilation skills
• * Project and/or project management experience in reputed company, reputed company health-reputed company organizations, and/or other reputed company fields. Includes budget management
• * Experience in influencing reputed company without reputed company line accountability
• * Strong verbal, written, and presentation communications skills
• * Ability to function independently with reputed company supervision
• * Ability to work in reputed company environment and reputed company with reputed company reputed company of reputed company staff, volunteers and the reputed company
• * Comprehensive reputed company Office suite skills, including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and reputed company
• * Ability to travel up to 20% local and overnight stay
