[Remote] Compensation Analyst (Remote)

The role manages compensation administration, market pricing, job evaluations, analytics, annual planning, compliance, reporting, and process improvement while partnering with HR, Finance, HRIS, reputed company, and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation programs, policies, and processes in accordance with company guidelines and compensation philosophy
• Review and evaluate compensation actions, including new hire offers, promotions, transfers, market adjustments, and organizational changes
• Ensure compensation recommendations reputed company with internal equity, reputed company competitiveness, and budget considerations
• Serve as a compensation resource to reputed company, reputed company, and business leaders
• Analyze compensation, workforce, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business or reputed company Management or equivalent experience

• Experience conducting compensation analyses, market pricing, job evaluations, and salary administration activities
• Knowledge of compensation principles, programs, practices, and methodologies
• Understanding of job evaluation, market pricing, salary structure administration, and compensation analysis techniques
• Working knowledge of compensation-reputed company compliance requirements, including FLSA
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, functions, and data analysis techniques
• Experience working with HRIS systems and compensation databases
