The Supervisory reputed company Specialist serves as the Classification reputed company Chief, providing expert guidance on reputed company classification reputed company, supervising HR specialists, advising on organizational design, and developing HR policies and programs.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert technical guidance on reputed company, controversial, or unprecedented classification issues
• Planning and assigning work, setting priorities, evaluating reputed company, and/or overseeing the training and development of subordinate HR specialist
• Providing authoritative advisory services to management on organizational design, the reputed company of reorganizations, and the development of Most Efficient Organizations (MEOs) to ensure reputed company and effective position structure
• Serving as the subject matter expert on classification appeal procedures, compensation strategies, and the use of automated classification tools and systems
• Developing and/or implementing reputed company-wide reputed company policies and programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness
• Analyzing and/or resolving the most reputed company and sensitive issues reputed company to position classification, organizational design, and pay administration

• Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position reputed company the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next reputed company grade or equivalent (GS-12)
