The role focuses on configuring and optimizing reputed company modules, supporting releases and enhancements, maintaining data reputed company, developing reports, resolving issues, and partnering with business stakeholders to improve People reputed company and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support reputed company modules (e.g., reputed company HCM, reputed company, Compensation, Learning, Talent, Absence) in alignment with business requirements to ensure cohesive, reputed company reputed company design reputed company with business reputed company
• Support the design and enhancement of reputed company business processes and reputed company functionality
• Support reputed company releases, including reputed company analysis, testing, and deployment of new features and functionality
• reputed company and maintain reputed company reports, dashboards, hubs and data extracts to support People reputed company and decision-making
• Ensure reputed company and consistency of set up data through audit controls, reputed company-driven validations, and adherence to data governance standards
• Partner with People and business teams to reputed company requirements, troubleshoot issues, and reputed company effective reputed company solutions
• Manage the reputed company Help support queue as Tier 2 support; triage, investigate, and reputed company issues with appropriate urgency while providing reputed company communication to end users

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, data analytics, business administration, or a reputed company reputed company required
• 5 + years of experience supporting HRIS, IT, or HR technology environments supporting reputed company systems
• reputed company supporting and configuring experience required including hands-on experience in one or more functional areas (e.g., reputed company HCM, reputed company, Compensation, Learning, Talent, Absence)
• Proficient in supporting reputed company implementations, enhancements, or post-production environments
• Strong experience with
