The role focuses on planning, executing, and delivering reinsurance brokerage initiatives while collaborating with engineering, product, data, analytics, and business teams to manage priorities, sprints, and roadmap alignment.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for driving the planning, execution, and delivery of the Reinsurance Brokerage initiatives, working cross-functionally with engineering, product, data, and business teams
• You’ll partner closely with engineering, analytics, and business leadership to define priorities, manage sprints, and ensure our roadmap aligns with company goals
