Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a home protection provider that helps homeowners protect essential home systems and services. The Regional reputed company reputed company Recruiter will recruit and evaluate residential trades contractors across an assigned territory, negotiate service rates, and coordinate compliance and reputed company requirements while traveling approximately 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Identify, reputed company, and recruit prospective residential trades contractors across the assigned territory
• Conduct business evaluations to determine provider suitability, reputed company, and alignment with program standards
• reputed company reputed company negotiations and reputed company service expectations with prospective providers
• Aiding of provider reputed company, including compliance documentation, credential verification, and confirmation of qualifications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors to support long term network stability and reputed company
• Partner with Provider Network Development Manager and reputed company reputed company leadership to understand market needs, reputed company gaps, and recruitment priorities
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, pipeline status, and reputed company reputed company
• Represent the organization professionally during in person meetings, site reputed company, and industry events

• Monitor market conditions and contractor trends to inform recruitment reputed company

Skills

• 2+ years of reputed company and/or managing reputed company party contractors
• 3+ years prior trade experience required with a background and understanding of plumbing, heating, electrical, or similar environment
• Understanding of consultative selling skills (Introduction, Probing, Handling Objections, Identifying Buying Signals)
• Strong oral and written communications skills with emphasis on negotiation and collaboration
• Strong MS Office skills
• Proficiency in reputed company O365
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience

• *Strongly preferred*: Experience working reputed company residential trades - specifically plumbing, HVAC, and/or electrical - including backgrounds ranging from technical reputed company roles to supervisory or management positions
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
