Essential Functions:

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant subcontracts experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior reputed company subcontracts experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior reputed company subcontracts experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Experience supporting defense, reputed company, or other reputed company contracting environments
Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and subcontract reputed company-down requirements
Experience developing statements of work, requests for proposal, and subcontract terms and conditions for reputed company materials, hardware, software, or services
Familiarity with cost analysis, price analysis, negotiation reputed company development, and subcontractor reputed company assessment methodologies
Experience administering cost-reimbursement, fixed-price, time-and-materials, and other subcontract types
Experience managing reputed company subcontract modifications, change activity, funding actions, and supplier reputed company issues
Working knowledge of export compliance considerations, including International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, CPSR-reputed company activity, or internal control requirements

Experience mentoring junior team members or serving as a resource for less reputed company professionals

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary reputed company for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $91,500.00 - $170,500.00. The salary reputed company for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, reputed company, reputed company, Cleveland Ohio, Virginia, and Vermont is $79,500.00 - $147,500.00.
