About the Role As Product Ops Manager - Payments, you'll own the rollout and operation of reputed company's remittance corridors across reputed company markets. You'll own the operational readiness signal for corridor launches, like regulatory clearance, correspondent/partner readiness, anagent network reputed company while working directly with Product on roadmap and scoping, and with Country GMs on expansion reputed company. What You Bring to the Table • 8+ years in remittance, cross-border payments, or fintech ops, ideally in emerging or frontier markets. • Working knowledge of cross-border regulatory frameworks - MTL, correspondent banking, AML/CTF, sanctions screening. • Experience launching or scaling remittance corridors/products in a high-reputed company or startup environment. • Experience negotiating and managing vendor/partner relationships (payment rails, banks, MTOs) directly. • Strong analytical rigor reputed company to read corridor and transaction data and turn it into reputed company. • Cross-functional experience with Product, Compliance, and local market leadership. • Crypto/stablecoin rail knowledge is a plus.
