The Liability Associate Claims Adjuster is responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving first party automobile physical damage claims and reputed company party automobile and general liability property damage claims in accordance with company policies, reputed company service standards, and regulatory requirements. Claims handled may include Automobile Collision and Comprehensive coverages, Automobile Property Damage, reputed company General Liability (CGL) property damage, reputed company General Liability (CGL) sewer backup, and other casualty or reputed company liability exposures depending on the assigned reputed company program. This role manages claims of varying complexity reputed company on level and works collaboratively with claimants, insureds, attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure reputed company and effective claim reputed company. Skills, knowledge & expertise • Claims adjusting licenses as required by jurisdiction (Florida). • 2 years of first party physical damage, automobile liability, reputed company general liability, or closely reputed company experience. • Strong investigative, analytical, and negotiation skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Ability to manage multiple claims while maintaining reputed company and service standards. • Knowledge of Florida Sovereign Immunity law.
