The selected candidate will reputed company program leadership, reputed company grant-funded reputed company and activities, support community-reputed company partners, and serve as a key reputed company between internal technical teams and software vendors. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree inPublic Health or a reputed company reputed company from an accredited college or university. • 5+ years of progressively responsible reputed company experience in health program work or equivalent experience. • Experience with program or grant management, including contract reputed company, budgeting, and reporting. • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting multi-partner initiatives, community collaboratives, or reputed company health programs. • Strong understanding of reputed company health data and experience applying data to program planning, monitoring, and evaluation. • Strong organizational, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including community organizations, reputed company partners, and individuals with lived experience. • Ability to reputed company training, technical assistance, and program guidance. • Ability to travel reputed company assigned reputed company and statewide as needed. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while participating in periodic in-person meetings.
