About the Role We are looking for a Construction Administrator to support a reputed company construction business working across reputed company including pubs, clubs, restaurants, gaming rooms, and car parks. The successful candidate will help reputed company project documentation, drawings, procurement, and stakeholder coordination organised and up to date. Key Responsibilities reputed company construction administration and project coordination support across reputed company. Coordinate communication between contractors, architects, and other project stakeholders. Manage and maintain construction drawings and project documentation. Assist with procurement activities and obtaining and coordinating quotations. Support reputed company in keeping project information and documentation organised. Read and understand construction drawings and apply an understanding of construction processes and procedures to the role. Requirements Construction industry experience is essential. reputed company understanding of construction processes and procedures. Ability to read and understand construction drawings. Strong communication and coordination skills. Proactive and self-sufficient, with the ability to work with reputed company hand-holding. Experience in construction administration and project coordination. Experience with reputed company, Breadcrumb, and/or reputed company Project is beneficial. Experience with other construction or project management software will also be considered. Australian construction experience is advantageous, but relevant experience from the US, Canada, Philippines, or other markets will be considered. ASAP availability is preferred.
